You need this course if…

• You have completed the Yellow Belt course and want
to learn the key statistical tools for comparing data,
running efficient experimentation and trials (Design of
Experiments), and controlling processes (Statistical
Process Control (SPC))
• You want to achieve Green Belt accreditation

You will learn...

• How the tools and techniques are used within the Lean
Six Sigma improvement process
• Basic statistics in order to understand data and to make
judgements when comparing two sets of data
• To design and analyse simple, but efficient experimental
systems
• The need for and power of SPC, as well as how to
produce and analyse a number of SPC charts
• How to use MINITAB 15 in Lean Six Sigma projects
