The fundamental format of our Six Sigma training is that of applied learning.
Our courses include full technical and soft skills tutoring, practical hands on exercises, case studies, individual review and project application sessions. We expect and encourage course participants to apply the learning directly to their projects during and following any course module. Our successful modular approach to Six Sigma training can be customised to fit suit your style, environment and process characteristics.
The Six Sigma Group will be running a 3-Module Green Belt programme starting in the first quarter of 2006, with a Black Belt conversion programme in the second quarter of 2006.
This Green Belt programme is detailed in the following pages. It consists of three residential modules that can be upgraded to Black Belt by attendance of two further modules.
