Public Black Belt Conversion Course - Module 2

The Black Belt Conversion Programme has been specifically designed to upskill Green Belts to Black Belt capability. At the end of this programme, delegates will have received additional training to bridge the gaps between Green Belt and Black Belt technical competency; be able to provide mentorship to Green Belts managing Green Belt level projects; be able to manage and execute a Black Belt level project.
