Six Sigma Group to provide FREE Six Sigma Awareness Day

This seminar is ideal for the newcomer to Six Sigma.

The management of many organisations large and small is trying to weigh up the ‘why and wherefore’ of Six Sigma and Lean. The purpose of this seminar is to arm you with the necessary information to be able to address the question What’s in it for me? enabling you to make a decision on how best to benefit from the Six Sigma approach to improving quality, delivering better products and services, satisfying customers and hence improving company performance and reputation.

At the session, we will explain how Six Sigma Process Improvement and Lean benefit businesses. We will use examples to strip away the mystery of Six Sigma and will demonstrate how it has saved millions of pounds in businesses from all sectors service, manufacturing and engineering.

The session is also an opportunity to start up a ‘Six Sigma for Beginners’ network. The smaller companies may find it particularly useful to work together with others to develop their Black and Green Belts the in-house expertise to sustain Six Sigma improvement work.
