Driving and communicating improvement and innovation through an organisation is just as important as choosing the methods with which to make them happen. It is through these means that the workforce are informed and ultimately engaged, and without that engagement, any new initiatives are bound to fail. If the people aren't doing it, don't believe in it, or worse don't even know about it, then the organisation can't benefit from it. Simple really.
