Six Sigma Online Black Belt E-learning Complements Classroom Training

On-Line Six Sigma training and certification using the D-M-A-I-C methodology. Course content is delivered in a multi-media format, with audio, audio slide shows, simulations, and interactive practice exercises. Numerous case studies and examples focus on Service, Business Process, and Manufacturing applications. Selected Lean Manufacturing and System Dynamics concepts are integrated with Six Sigma in this course.

The Design of Experiments module uses Design-Ease software from Stat-Ease, a user-friendly alternative for the design and analysis of experiments. This is a full Black Belt course, with all content available online in an asynchronous format.
