Description
My client is a leading company in his service sector and employs 5000 people worldwide with a strong worlwide customer base. Your role as CI manager will be to coordinate the Process improvement strategy on all their sites throughout France and Spain. The structured CI program (lean and six sigma) has been running worldwide since 2006.
Projects already identified in:
• Production improvement
• Customer satisfaction
• Employee satisfaction
• Cost reduction
• Working capital decrease
Key objectives:
• Level of acceptance (passion shown) managed to embark people on the Impact journey, making things looking simple and effective.
• Be expected to have had delivered successfully and on time 2 BB projects, aligned to the Business Objectives delivering €2million in savings.
• Train around 45 people in 3 waves of 15 by FY09
