Join the debate on “Managing Kaizen Events” and “Reducing Project Delivery Timescales” at our User Group Meeting at the Royal Mail Innovation Lab in Rugby on the 2nd April 2007.
Using a Lean Six Sigma approach, we have created a unique agenda covering multiple themes.
Why should you attend?

- This meeting will be held in a very special, creative place known as the ‘Innovation Lab’ . Sessions take place in themed brainstorming rooms, supported by a range of collaborative software.
- You will hear case studies, participate in workshops, engage in practical problem solving and useful discussion,
- You can benchmark your own deployment and integration efforts with perspectives from outside of your industry.
