Synopsis
SMAS will present Case Studies to highlight how Lean tools and techniques can make a significant improvement on bottom line performance and productivity.
Case studies will include Cast-tek and a selection of Manufacturing reviews from Scottish Manufacturing companies.
Non-members are welcome!
