Experience Summary
• Strong experience with process mapping, value-chain analysis and process re-engineering.
• Supply chain / logistics experience
• S&OP and sales planning
• Six Sigma and/or LEAN methods training. Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or higher is required.
• Sales forecasting and reporting tools knowledge like SAP
• Multi Project management experience
• Change management skills are important
• Fluent in English is a minimum; additional language is a plus

Description
My client is a world leading company in its sector. With 8 plants over 4 continents and a growing distribution netwtok the company is actively looking for a Global Project Manager. You will drive the continuous improvement initiative over the supply chain and distribution network.
Your role will be to improve business processes related to the order-to-delivery cycle. Key focus will be on the dealer direct distribution channel as well as new tools and processes across all channels.
The main objectives are as follow:
• Improve sales planning effectiveness.
• Project implementation to improve service level on product and parts availability.
• Support Supply chain Operations and drive Process improvement projects.
This great role reports directly to the Global Director of Operations and Process Improvement. Located in Switzerland you will work closely with our client remote operations in Europe and North America.
