Head of Quality and Business Improvement

My client is an industry leading manufacturing company with a global market presence and a strong order book, and currently looking for a Head of Quality and Business Improvement for one of its key divisions.

You will be responsible for:

- Developing the business improvement and quality strategy and translating this into clear business targets.
- Promoting a culture of quality and Continuous Improvement and championing the sharing of internal and external best practice.
- Ensuring compliance with the quality systems and rectifying poor standards.
- Developing effective relationships with both internal and external quality and process stakeholders.
- Helping deliver on production and cost targets without compromise on quality, safety or ethics.
- Using your analytical and problem solving skills and experience in implementing various Continuous Improvement methods to drive cultural change.
- Developing and training employees in Continuous Improvement tools.

Through your skills and experience gained in both Quality Management and Business Improvement (Lean and Six Sigma) you will ensure the delivery of the highest quality products in an efficient environment, with an organisation that has excellent top down support for Continuous Improvement.

Candidates must already be located and eligible to work in the UK in order to be considered.
