- Extensive experience in direct implementation of Lean transformation
- Excellent Problem Solving Skills
- Strong training and presentation skills
-Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin

- Strong Business Acumen in order to work closely with your clients to achieve successful transformation.
Ideally you will be a Native Chinese Speaker who is also fluent in English or an Expatriate looking at returning to China.
