Description
My client a leading global financial services organisations is looking for a Senior Operational Excellence leader to be based in London. You will manage the development and delivery of operational excellence across the organisation globally, in order to maximise operational effectiveness and contribute to business results.
Sitting within the Operations area of the business you will manage the identification and development of best practice models, processes and tools to maximise operational effectiveness. You will support the benchmarking of current and emerging trends and good practice in operations and change management.
Your excellent communication and influencing skills will be key as you will be working at a senior level within the business, and across global boundaries.
