Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, UK & Ireland

My client, a global manufacturing company with an historic presence, is currently looking for a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to lead continuous improvement activities for its UK and Ireland operations.

You will be a certified Six Sigma Black Belt with a proven track record in delivering Lean and Six Sigma improvement projects within a manufacturing / production environment.

In this key leadership position, you will identify, quantify and manage improvement opportunities within the business. You will also train, coach and mentor local Green Belts, plus facilitate kaizen and 5S events. The focus is on cost reduction, productivity improvement, increasing capacity for growth, and cultural change.

This is a relatively new programme, so the opportunity to join at this stage is significant. You will be ambitious, tenacious, persistent and resilient, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of a complex matrix organisation.

Candidates must already be located in the UK, and eligible to work in the UK.
