Description

My client, a leading Financial Services Organisation, is looking for a Quality Manager to sit within the technology division of their Global business. Your role will be to make sure that the organisation is providing value-added high quality products and services to its customers. You will do this by establishing the quality infrastructure to enable metrics driven improvements.

You will provide expertise on all aspects of quality assurance governance and compliance, together with implementation across varying platforms, technologies, disciplines, methodologies and lifecycles. Your relationship management skills will be key as you will partner with existing Programmes on the delivery of projects, coaching and mentoring to drive quality focus.

You will measure the key aspects along the lifecycle and identify trends and improvement opportunities, monitor and report overall progress of quality assurance including issues and/or risks with mitigating actions. You will use the experience and lessons learned from participation on programmes to then apply LEAN principles to drive continuous improvement across the division.
