Fluency in French and English is required. Spanish desirable.

The Master Tool facilitator is expected to have solid experience in the use of advanced Continuous Improvement tools such as VSM, Kaizen, Flow and Six Sigma to be able to coach colleagues as well as run successful events oneself.
Experience in production and supply chain environment is desired.
The candidates will have an outgoing personality and good interpersonal and influencing skills. They will be organised, eager to learn and have the ability to participate in and lead teams and also organise follow-up after CI events.
As this is a field based position, the candidates will also need to demonstrate excellent time management and self-starting skills.
Willingness to travel up to 30% of time is essential.

Description

The Master Tool Facilitator will be working together with the CI Manager helping him to get the strategies implemented on the local level of the businesses in the Benelux, France and Germany.
Tool Facilitators form the backbone of the Continuous Improvement process, as they are responsible for running the improvement events and thereby realising the full benefits for the business.

The responsibilities will entail:
•Facilitate specific CI events (e.g. Kaizen, Lean, Flow, Six Sigma, Work Place Organisation & Visual Controls, root cause analysis)
•Work as a full member of one or more of our improvement action teams additionally taking personal responsibility for some actions in delivering change.
•Coach Black Belt colleagues in the use of advanced CI tools.
•Even though you will be based in Belgium, you will from time to time support activities in our other Regions
