Description
My client is a young, ambitious and fast growing company that works closely with top management of leading industrial, financial and service companies around the world.
As a consultant you will be instrumental in supporting the Senior Consultants at major industrial clients in The Netherlands. Your main task as a consultant will be to coach and mentor Black Belts in their projects and your focus will be on client satisfaction rather than business development.
Given the current team and their style, you will be close to the action and free to operate without the political issues that often frustrate in many larger organisations.
