Six Sigma and Banking Service

Hello.
I'm writing my thesis for the postgraduate programm I attended. My subject refears to applications of the Six Sigma methodology on the banking industry.
I've found some information but doesn't seem enough and is also too general.
I would appreciate it if anyone could help me out.
