Experience Summary
Excellent University or technical college degree, with a technical or business specialization.
Minimum of 5 years, better 10 years+ of professional experience.
Experience in industrial engineering, bottom-up design & ramp-up of serial production processes and / or mega projects.
Ideally supplier management and lean management / process excellence expertise.
Preferred industry background in automotive (OEM, 1st tier supplier), energy, basic materials or EPNG.
Ability to convince others through your written or spoken communications – in the language of the country where you will work, as well as in English.
Great initiative and creativity, working well together in a specialist consultant team.
Key Criteria
Confident, enthusiastic, personable, mobile, very good soft skills, execution, communication, planning, management, responsibilty, leadership, strong analytical and conceptual skills, strong in problem solving, personality who wants to make an impact.

Project Management of bigger Capex projects with investment responsibility, planning scenarios.
Manage ramp-up of new products / facilities.
Industrial engineering, design and ramp-up of serial production processes and mega projects.
Achieve capital profitability - Implement big amounts of investments in the right sequence and efficiency.
Develop suppliers and supply chain management in an optimal way.
Network planning, product analysis, premise definition, variant evaluation, design for reliability.
