- Experience in delivering training on Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt level)
- Verifiable success in implementing process improvements leading to improved customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to facilitate cross-functional teams

Description
My client, a leading global services company, is passionate about customer satisfaction and is intent upon improving business performance through concentrating on this aspect of its operations. To date, there has been no formal methodology or approach applied to defining and managing business process improvement. There is therefore an opportunity for the right person to join the Process Excellence team to help show the benefits of applying a structured approach and support the continuous improvement programme.
The Purpose of the department which this role supports is to develop, co-ordinate and support the delivery of Process Excellence, that will allow the organisation to optimise process design and improve process performance.
The key deliverables of the role are, lead & facilitate Kaizen style workshops, successful implementation of benefits identified through Kaizen type workshops, to deliver and facilitate training to all levels of the improvement community which would include Executives, Management & Green Belts.
