Lean Deployment Manager - UK wide

Reporting into the Global Head of CI, you will manage the deployment of Lean across 2 major business units focused on 'customer satisfaction' and operational efficiencies. You and your team will deliver cost benefits improvements of 30% from the current cost base through VSM, whilst improving customer satisfaction scores across key customer touch points. Through training and development of Lean Black Belt you will create a "Lean Process Thinking" mindset in the business which will allow them to focus on new products and services. Operationally, you will be highly visible, allowing you to create future opportunity for your own personal development.
