Description
You will lead the creation of the Process Documentation function for this leading services business in the UAE. The Asset Management division for the organisation is currently 12 months into a service delivery programme designed to create value for the end customer. As a process improvement specialist, you'll focus on the "As is" and "to be" processes across the business, thus creating a complete picture of the key operational processes. These will then be documented and rolled out in a best practice manner. As the programme develops, you will introduce more complex improvement tools like Lean and Six Sigma. Experience of ARIS is key for this role.
