Operational Excellence Consultant (Master Black Belt)

My client is a leading global manufacturing company with an established Operational Excellence programme that incorporates both Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.

As Operational Excellence Consultant, you will function as a senior internal consultant, providing both leadership and technical expertise to functional Six Sigma and Lean practitioners across the business. Your technical mastery of Six Sigma will enable you to provide consultancy support to key projects and improvement programmes, plus coach and mentor other members of the Operational Excellence programme.

You will also be responsible for identification of training needs, development of training programmes, and delivery of Six Sigma training at all levels.

As well as being a technical expert, you will be hands-on, practical and delivery focused.
You will have strong business acumen, the ability to see the big picture, and demonstrate a hunger and passion for change.

Candidates must be prepared to travel both within the UK and Internationally.
