New 20-day Black Belt accreditation programme to start soon

Smallpeice Enterprises, a leading provider of Lean Six Sigma training solutions, have announced a 20-day Six Sigma Manufacturing Black Belt programme which includes expert training and full certification.
Smallpeice have been designing, leading and supporting business improvement initiatives for over 40 years. Their Black Belt programme not only provides expert knowledge of Six Sigma tools and concepts, but also develops the leadership, creativity and communication skills that drives successful change and maximises results.
The programme consists of four blocks of five-day sessions, each a month apart, and follows the DMAIC process to introduce the necessary skills. Change Management and leadership techniques are also introduced, and participants will be coached towards full accreditation. This will consist of completing and presenting a project, and an examination.
The key objectives of the programme are:
- Ensure the DMAIC flow and application of tools are fully understood.
- Introduce the leadership and change management skills to support the Black Belt role.
- Provide practitioner training in the more complex statistical tools required within the Black Belt toolkit.
- Provide guidance on Black Belt certification process & discuss delegate projects.
