- Direct exposure to Production System methodologies with particular emphasis on TPS.
- Operations management experience from a high-volume Manufacturing environment,ideally with OEM or 1st Tier supplier business.
- Presentation skills and good communication abilities.
- Energy and enthusiasm to drive improvement and personal development.

Description
My client, a large Financial Services organisation, is looking for internal consultants to join its Lean Transformation Group. This high profile team is currently engaged in meeting the growing demand from internal customers, to deliver efficient operations and processes, optimise resource utilisation,identify cost reduction opportunities, and improve customer service. The core responsibility of the role is to manage the delivery of productivity improvement work-streams, whilst embedding a continuous improvement culture into the business. In addition you will manage, support and coach Lean Analysts assigned to the workstream. Your soft skills will also be key in building good relationships with local staff and managers and communicating effectively in order to implement change.
