- Lean practitioner with 2 years experience (minimum) in deploying the tools.
- Large scale operations plus transactional and services experience
- Lead time and supply chain experience ideally
- Strong customer oriented mindset
- Desire to be involved in shaping the journey and working for at least 2 years in making it happen.
- Challenge old ways of doing business and implement breakthrough improvements
- Excellent influencing skills
- Speak and write English and Dutch fluently.
- Willing to travel up to 25% of the working week, however, flexibility is more important than mobility.
- Enjoys mentoring and developing others (5 green belts).

Description
My client is looking for a hands-on practitioner who will start by "tasting" the shop floor and line processes.
As an experienced lean professional you will have to execute a minimum of 4 projects per year, coach/mentor fellow colleagues at plant and group level, participate in trainings and project selection. The total project value will be €800.000 and can be delivered across Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing and Sales, Finance or R&D.
The right candidate must show strong leadership skills in order to create consensus around the use of Lean (Six Sigma) tools.
