Master Black Belt

A globally recognised financial institution, my client, is currently looking for a Six Sigma Master Black Belt to be based in Hong Kong. You have strong leadership qualities and change management experience. You are experienced in leading projects to their fruition and are fully competent in your technical knowledge in Six Sigma. You would have had coached and trained several waves of Green and Black Belts successfully. You are passionate about what you do and will also act as an Ambassador for Six Sigma.

Your experience and knowledge are critical in your deployment of Six Sigma within the organisation. You would be looking at making an impact with your work and be one of the key drivers and motivators for Six Sigma.

You are fluent in written and spoken English. The ability to speak and write Mandarin and Cantonese is an advantage. You will have strong communication skills, which will enable you to effectively convey the benefits of Six Sigma to both your peers and senior management.

This role is open to candidates who are currently residing in Hong Kong.
