BLACK BELT OBJECTIVES & MESUREMENT
I want to know the better way to mesure the performance of a BB. I mean, Which metrics are the most aproppiate way to prove that a BB is reaching his/her objectives in the company (# of proyects, savings, etc)? Thanks for your help!

i think a black belt shoud be assessed on several dimensions:
1. savings he/she helps the company to realize
2. training for GB and YB
3. number of projects he/she mentors and facilitates annually
4. doing at least 2 BB projects every year
5. speed of closing DMAIC projects
