Firstsource wins Six Sigma awards

London, July 13, 2007: Firstsource Solutions Limited, a leading India based Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, has won three Six Sigma honours for operational excellence from the International Quality and Productivity Centre (IQPC).

Firstsource won two awards for “Best Defect Elimination in Services & Transaction” and “Best Design for Six Sigma” at the IQPC Six Sigma Excellence Awards held in Singapore. These latest Six Sigma Excellence awards reinforce Firstsource’s strength in Six Sigma methodology. Earlier this year, Firstsource won first place in the Service & Transaction category of the IQPC European Six Sigma Excellence Awards held in London. This award was won for improving the cross selling of an insurance product for a leading UK financial services client.
