As the pressure to deliver results increases, Six Sigma & Lean professionals need to be ever-more aware of how their programmes align with company strategy. This means that selecting the right Lean Six Sigma projects and defining and developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are vital. However:
How can you be sure you have selected the right projects? Do you concentrate on what your board is telling you? Or your customers? Do you look at your CTQs… or NVAs?
