Best Six Sigma Training Company

I have found many companies with decent training programs for six sigma, however one I found stands alone. Transformation Partners Company (www.sixsigmatrainingcompany.com) is the only company I am aware of that integrates Human Capital development into their six sigma training. One analogy I like to use is the race car engine, the race car engine is fine tuned, precisely engineered, and highly optimized, but, what happens to this mechanically sound engine if poor quality fuel is put into its tank? it sputters and has poor performance, same is true with a six sigma deployment that does not take into account its fuel (the people). With the six sigma training at Transformation Partners, the people are optimized along with the six sigma program and the result is a highly motivated, highly profitable company. Not to mention they offer 200% minimum ROI, in writing. I would definetely check Transformation Partners out before anyone else.

we have extensive training

we have extensive training programmes within Six Sigma in Vestas and are always looking for top talents in this field.

Top Lean Six Sigma Training and Certification

I looked around to different place for quality Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma training. Most were very weak in regards to e-learning and web-based online courses. A friend of mine suggested to check out ASQ Six Sigma Training http://www.asq.org/sixsigma/

I found ASQ Six Sigma Training to be good and there representatives to be very helpful in moving forward. I think I might try them again.

I found Motorola's Six Sigma

I found Motorola's Six Sigma training to be the best in the world. They invented the concept and have trained and certified more belts that anyone in the industry. Their MBB Instructors are very effective and most interesting as instructors. The materials given to the participants are very extensive as is their access to MBBs before and after the training. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for MBB, BB, GB, Lean, or Six Sigma Leadership.

the best training company I

the best training company I have used have been 100% Effective Training. www.100pceffectivetraining.com
they were the only company I came across that offered pre and post course support. I had total access to their Master Black Belts, very valuable when completing my project for certification.
their help and patience was invaluable. I completed a green belt course with them and I am due to start a black belt course with them in September in london.
Highly Recommended!!!

Re:

If your in the UK try QSB consulting - www.QSB.com

Correct web address

Hi,

I work for QSB Consulting and just spotted this thread. Thanks very much to the previous submitter for the reference. However, I wish to correct our web address, which is www.qsbc.co.uk

For anyone looking for a training provider, I would suggest three things:

1) Ask to visit some training of the providers you are talking to before you make your decision. You can then get some good quality feedback from the delegates.

2) Remember, it's not all about training. Training is a means to an end. What you actually need to assess is the level of success of the projects that have been delivered by people who have attended training.

3) The inital posting asks about Institutes/Companies. Be aware that there is no difference between organisations that call themselves an "Institute" rather than a "Company". We're all looking to make a profit and so you should assess us all with an equal level of care ;-)

Re:

Hello Anders,

To answer your question - that depends !

It depends upon upon a number of factors - here are a few:
- the type of training required... GB, BB, MBB, Lean, LE, LM, TQ, TQM, TQS, DFSS, etc, etc, etc
- the industry type
- the maturity of the business in implementing change
- the language, location & timing
- the expererience of the consultants/trainers (this is key)
- the pre-training/engagement set up to i/d projects, candidated, champions etc
- the level and quality of mentoring support

You tell me about your business and I'll provide a shortlist of reputable consultants that are worth talking to. There are alot of consultancy businesses out there that on the surface look reputable but when you peel back the surface there is nothing there ! So the phrase "Caveat Emptor" - buyer beware is a warning that all businesses need to use. In the case of most companies - because they have no Six Sigma experience they do not know what questions to ask to find the right suitor to fit their needs and thus can be wooed by unsuitable consultants.
If you want to take this off line use the e-mail link by my name.

Adam
