Volvo Cars has had 6-Sigma since 2000 and is successfully ongoing.
SKF started their 6-Sigma initiative in 2003
Ericson Microwave in Borås has been doing 6-Sigma successfully since, well a very long time.
Also some American 6-Sigma companies has started within their Swedish daughter companies.

Training and consulting is aviable from several consultants, typically firms that deliver different types of Quality training. I have no experience myself from any of these firms though.
