Business Solution Design

The Business Solution Design models the new process, systems, organisation structure and behavioural expectations. This design is compared to the current state to understand the changes that will need to be achieved.

We use facilitation to ensure all Stakeholders and specialists are involved in developing the Business Solution Design and clearly understand the gap between the current and future state.

We work with the people to develop a robust Business Solution Design by:

• Identifying all Stakeholders and impacted business areas.
• Facilitating representatives through high level design.
• Documenting the Business Solution Design, including assumptions, risks, unknowns and related projects and intiatives.
• Gaining buy-in and approval across the organisation.
• Integrating the Business Solution Design with other programmes and initiatives.
