Most Change Programmes are based on the strategy for the organisation.

The initial steps to starting Change Programmes are:

  • Interpreting the strategy for the organisation.
  • Undertaking analysis to understand what will need to change.
  • High level planning to estimate costs, timing, resources and risks.
  • Identifying all Stakeholders, influencers and impacted business areas.
  • Getting the buy-in of Stakeholders and influencers.
  • Presenting the proposed change, plan, benefits and costs to the Board/Sponsor.
  • Adapting the proposed change, plan and costs based on feedback.
  • Launching the Change Programme once approval is gained.

We have extensive experience in this process and work with the Board, Sponsors and Stakeholders to frame, estimate and get approval and buy in for the Change Programme.

We use fast track analysis, sound estimation methods and facilitate the everyone through the agreement and approval phase. We have initiated Change Programmes from £50k to £45M operating over a period of 6 months to 3 years.
