Strength: 'I know what it's like to be an adult learner.'

Recognised by The Royal Statistical Society as a graduate statistician, Gill joined Minitab Limited when it opened its doors for the first time in the UK, in 1995. Initially recruited as a Technical Support Specialist, Gill quickly developed a desire to get out 'on the road' to train people. Gill is now also a qualified Six Sigma Blackbelt.

Having gained her degree in Statistics and Operational Research and Adult Teaching qualification as a mature student, Gill really understands both the advantages and disadvantages of being an adult learner. This is just one of the skills that makes her such an exceptional trainer.

Gill has delivered MINITAB training courses to many household-name companies, covering a wide range of industries. A significant number of the companies that Gill has trained have been involved in the implementation of a Six Sigma quality initiative. As such, Gill has extensive experience in training Green Belts, Black Belts and Master Black Belts.

Gill has conducted many training courses across the UK and many other European countries including: Holland, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Finland, Sweden and Poland. She has also trained Minitab users in Texas and New Mexico, USA.
