We need design methodologies like DFSS because we live in a complex world; new products and processes have many opportunities to ‘go wrong’.

Six Sigma Group materials are available in e-learning format, incorporating exercises and examples that can be delivered on a ‘pull’ basis suitable to the delegate’s timescales and availability.

Design for Six Sigma (DfSS) training is aimed at product design and manufacturing teams. Since DFSS embraces the entire product lifecycle, other members of the Integrated Product Team (marketing, purchasing, etc.) should attend certain modules of the course.

<P>The Six Sigma Group will be running a 3-Module Green Belt programme starting in the first quarter of 2006, with a Black Belt conversion programme in the second quarter of 2006.</P>
