We work with Boards, Senior Executives and Line Managers to interpret the organisation strategy into viable programmes of change. This involves the initial analysis and planning work to frame the Change Programme, developing budgets, obtaining buy in and approval and initiating the Change Programme.

The Business Solution Design models the new process, systems, organisation structure and behavioural expectations. This design is compared to the current state to understand the changes that will need to be achieved. We use facilitation to ensure all Stakeholders and specialists are involved in developing the Business Solution Design and clearly understand the gap between the current and future state.

The tactile aspects of changing an organisation are usually clearly understood but the softer aspects of changing people are not. We work to ensure that the tactile and softer people change is integrated as one is never successful without the other.

We believe in sharing our knowledge and have Programme, Change Management and Process Reengineering methods available on our public access website, www.imct.managechange.co.uk. Many organisations use these methods internally and we are frequently asked to develop customised methods for organisations or specific Programmes.

Often the integrity of the initial Business Solution Design can be compromised as the Detailed Design is done. We offer Design Assurance to ensure the Business Solution Design is not compromised in any way that will affect the end objectives of the Programme.

Fast track analysis is necessary at all stages from Business Planning to post implementation. We specialise in rapid analysis techniques that allow us to quickly understand the environment, requirements, issues and solution.

From time to time it is beneficial to audit any Programme or Change Management activity. We have a fast track audit method that we can either train you to use or can apply for you. The audit method looks at all aspects of your Programme from Stakeholder Management to Implementation and within usually 5 - 10 days can assess whether the Programme is at any risk.

We design, initiate and support small to large scale Change Programmes. Although we can provide Programme Managers we believe an internal person should lead Change Programmes and our preference is to support the internal Programme Manager.

Stakeholder Management is critical throughout the lifecycle of a Programme. Without Stakeholder support it can be impossible to get access to all resources (people, funding, equipment, space) to make the Programme a success. We help you work with the Stakeholders from the start to finish of the Programme to ensure they understand and are committed to the Programme.
