Give me an hour… and I’ll give you a free Black Belt!

Lean and Six Sigma

Recent research shows that Belts spend a minimum of 10-20% of their time on non-value-adding activities. Consequently, the average company’s Lean Six Sigma program loses the equivalent of 2 to 3 people in every wave of Belts deployed, to non-value-adding activities such as weekly reporting, generating gate review presentations and action follow ups.

It doesn’t have to be this way!

On Tuesday 4 December, Dave Jones will share the secrets of how market leading companies are combining standard cause-effect tools with infrastructure technology to eliminate wasted activity in their LSS programs. In a webinar hosted by i-nexus, Dave will draw on examples from his work with over 100 European companies, and show how the average company can cut out up to 66% of their non-value-added time by the application of simple and proven techniques.

Dave Jones is a certified Master Black Belt who has trained and coached performance improvement teams on every continent except Antarctica. In addition to working with i-nexus, he has worked for many of the leading consultancies (including George Group and Rath & Strong), and been a senior figure in successful corporate-wide deployments throughout the world.
