i&i is the Community of Practice for business improvement and innovation.

Communities of Practice are emerging as valuable structures for building peer networks to support increased demands on professionals to acquire the latest technical and market knowledge. These collaborative networks are effective methods for developing capability and spreading information and practical know-how in leading organisations.

i&i was launched in January 2008 with 10 Founding members:

The Founding Members share a common goals in driving their business improvement programmes. They recognise the massive benefits achieved from collaboration with other organisations and access to shared resources which supports accelerated professional development of in-house expertise.
