Principal Consultant and Lead Trainer Claudius Cole is a ‘Six Sigma Master Black Belt’ with over 9 years of experience in the application of Six Sigma.

He runs both public and in-house Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt and Master Black Belt training courses for all sectors and also runs ‘Lean Six Sigma’ programmes which combine the ‘lean’ and ‘Six Sigma’ methodologies in the pursuit of short lead time, low cost, high quality products and services. The curriculum is in line with the ‘American Society for Quality’ Six Sigma ‘body of knowledge’ which is also endorsed by the ‘European Organisation for Quality’.

Lean Expertise

Claudius received lean training from the ‘Shingijutsu Group’ (world renowned group of lean consultants made up of former members of the ‘Toyota Autonomous Study Group’ the original developers of the ‘Toyota Production System’). Claudius has extensive experience of lean implementation and runs a popular ‘Lean Practitioner’ 5 day training programme.

Formally qualified in curriculum development, training delivery and trainee assessment Claudius holds a ‘Post Graduate Certificate in Education (Post Compulsory Education and Training)’ which certifies his competence in curriculum development, training delivery and trainee assessment. This is reflected in the quality of his lean sigma training provision.

Certified Management Consultant

In 2002 Claudius attained the status of ‘Certified Management Consultant’ by demonstrating to the 'Institute of Management Consultancy (IMC)' through a portfolio of evidence, references, presentation and interview that he met their 37 consultancy and management competency requirements.
