Drawing on the experience of the wider Catalyst team, this practical guide and roadmap for the improvement of existing processes lays the foundations to achieve Six Sigma performance. The Improvement Journey follows Catalyst's tried and tested Eight Step Improvement Process, mapped against the DMAIC methodology. At the beginning of each step, you will find a description, ‘What is this Step All About?’ and a summary of ‘The Key Outputs from this Step’. The supporting tool set includes a selection of Lean Thinking tools, as well as the more traditional Six Sigma techniques.
