Stats Tools 2 (Advanced GB part 3; BB part 4)

The Catalyst Lean Six Sigma open training programme has been carefully designed to meet the needs of European based organisations building on Catalyst’s extensive Lean Six Sigma experience working inside organisations across Europe.

Clients who have attended this programme include: Siemens Medical, BMW, AstraZeneca, Research Machines, UBS, BSI, Arizona Chemical, Barclays Capital, Yell, BT, Pindar, Exel Logistics, Travelex, Centrica, HJ Heinz, Airbus, Carillion, Citigroup, & the NHS.

The modular nature of the programme has been designed to provide maximum flexibility and a variety of options to meet different individual and organisational requirements.

How does it work?

This is a modular program designed to take you to Green Belt Level, or Black Belt Level.
Modules 1 to 4 must be taken sequentially, Module 5 may be taken at any time.
There are 3 levels to be achieved:

Foundation Green Belt, achieved on completion of Module 1
Advanced Green Belt, achieved on completion of Modules 1, 2 & 3.

Black Belt, achieved on completion of Modules 1,2,3,4 & 5.
We run the Modules in Waves. You may choose whichever dates suit, as they do not have to be in the same wave as long as you adhere to the sequential rule.

Module 1 Foundation Green Belt (4 days)
Module 2 Statistical Tools 1 (3 days)
Module 3 Statistical Tools 2 (3 days)
Module 4 Advanced Black Belt tools (3 days)
Module 5 Change Management & Leadership. (3 days)

Catalyst also offers a range of programmes for delegates who are already familiar with Lean Six Sigma and who are looking to upgrade or refresh their skills.
