Lean Six Sigma Deployment Master Class

This two-day workshop, which includes a dinner meeting, will help to upgrade your deployment skills and develop your improvement action plans. A highly interactive mixture of inputs and syndicate work, the content will be tailored to specific needs of delegates. However, the following topics are usually covered: Building leadership commitment; Effective championing and sponsorship; Programme management; Project sponsorship; Project selection and strategic alignment; Identifying Green and Black Belts and agreeing clear roles; Resourcing the project; Communications.

Prior to the workshop you will be invited to take part in Catalyst Deployment Health Check. This consists of: a structured audit questionnaire with one of our team; a diagnosis of your performance benchmarked against over 50 other companies and a summary of recommended improvement areas. The Deployment Master Class then follows the Health Check.
