Learning through developing understanding and increased competency, using work based case studies which leaders can progress on return to the workplace. Individual coaching will be available following the programme.

Specific Outcomes
Participants will:
- Understand their personal drivers, preferred leadership style and understand how they might flex their style to lead and execute change.
- Adapt a trusted leadership model to their own approach so that it can be transferred into the context of the organisation on return to the workplace.
- Be able to create a vision and/or communicate the organisation’s vision so that it excites and engages hearts and minds.
- Be able to build, lead and coach a high performing team.
- Understand the broader role of the leader in building collaborative relationships/connections.
- Create a plan of action to implement new skills and insights, thereby increasing their leadership effectiveness.
