Take DMAIC understanding to a new level with advanced tools for the Service Industry.
If you're struggling with problems that your current Lean Six Sigma toolset doesn't approach, or you're just looking to expand your knowledge of statistical problem solving methods, a Toolmaster Workshop may be just what you need. This 5-day course for practitioners from transactional environments integrates a review of traditional Six Sigma tools along with instruction on advanced Six Sigma topics including: destructive measurement system analysis, non-normality, non-parametric testing, DOE for attribute data, DOE for sigma reduction and others.
Experience BMG University's hands-on educational approach featuring simulations, class exercises and participatory lectures. You'll leave with a significantly higher level of Six Sigma problem-solving proficiency, and a new set of skills that will enhance your effectiveness as a Six Sigma practitioner.
This course qualifies as a Master Black Belt Development Program elective.
