Take DMAIC understanding to a new level with advanced tools that help you solve previously unsolvable problems.
Take your understanding of Six Sigma to new heights with the Toolmaster Workshop. Whether you're on the path to becoming a Master Black Belt, or just looking to enhance your problem-solving abilities, a knowledge of advanced Six Sigma tools can help you meet your goals.
This 5-day class combines a review of traditional Six Sigma tools with instruction on advanced methods including destructive measurement system analysis, non-normality, non-parametric testing, DOE for attribute data, DOE for sigma reduction and others.
BMG University's hands-on approach features simulations, class exercises and participatory lectures. You'll leave with a comprehensive understanding of advanced Six Sigma tools and the ability to apply your new knowledge immediately.
This course qualifies as a Master Black Belt Development program elective.
What You Will Learn:
* How to apply a number of advanced DMAIC techniques to solve difficult problems.
* New methods for analyzing non-normal data to drive decision making.
* How to calculate capability metrics for unique circumstances.
* Ways to use advanced ANOVA techniques to qualify destructive measurement systems.
