Black Belts are vital to every successful Lean Six Sigma program. Often the best and brightest employees of an organization, Black Belts solve chronic problems that plague company performance.

BMG University's Lean Six Sigma Black Belt curriculum builds competent leaders with the skills to define and successfully launch a project, transition it from phase to phase, complete a project and then evaluate its success.

The Black Belt program consists of five week-long sessions spread over five months. Candidates work on an actual business project and apply classroom techniques to the project. The program is technically challenging to ensure that all graduates learn how to implement solutions that can produce financial results. Instructors provide formal project-specific feedback to participants in each phase. Students are also encouraged to schedule one-on-one mentoring sessions with their instructors to discuss specific project hurdles.

Certification

Students achieve certification after completing a project and passing the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt exam. When you graduate, you will have both the skills and confidence you need to succeed as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
