BMG Transactional Lean Training for Service Industry and Processes

Lean continues to experience increased momentum as a valuable tool for improving processes and reducing waste in the service and healthcare industries. To meet this growing need, BMG is offering a 4-day Transactional Lean training course in London from 26-Feb to 1-March. The course will feature a combination of informational lecture with simulations and classroom interaction on multiple topics related to organizational waste reduction. At the end of the course, students will leave with the requisite knowledge to immediately put Lean tools to work in their environment and apply Lean methods to improve timelines, quality and costs.
