Europe based classroom training starting soon:

ToolMaster Training Workshop

Dates: 31 Mar 08 to 4 Apr 08
Location: Germany

BMG's Toolmaster course provides Six Sigma practitioners with a mastery of DMAIC tools and takes DMAIC understanding to new levels. Designed to complement traditional Black Belt and Master Black Belt training with advanced problem solving techniques, this course is applicable to both manufacturing and transactional businesses. BMG's curriculum provides a review of traditional Six Sigma tools with instruction on advanced methods including destructive measurement system analysis, non-normality, non-parametric testing, DOE for attribute data and DOE for sigma reduction.

Transactional Design for Six Sigma

Dates: 12 May 08 to 16 May 08
Location: London, UK

Six Sigma practitioners understand that design is truly a cross-functional undertaking, not simply the sole responsibility of the "process designer." In this course, students learn new techniques for statistical design, as well as how to gather and measure VOC (Voice of the Customer) data, how to conduct financial analysis and data-driven methods for supplier selection. This course is recommended for individuals wanting to work on creating any types of new processes for invoicing and billing, managing inventory, tracking customer feedback, or product launches.

Both of these courses are available stand-alone or as part of BMG's Master Black Belt Development programme.
